What does traceability mean for a product?

It is obtaining the record that a product leaves through all the company's internal processes, with its manipulations, its composition and the machinery used. That is, all the signs that make or can make the product vary for the final consumer.

Why do we apply traceability to our light boxes?

It is more common in food products, but for Artplay traceability is a differential advantage that distinguishes our light boxes with LED technology. In this way we guarantee control of the entire production process, recording each of the processes and listing all the electrical material contained in each light box we produce. This information is recorded on a label that the box itself contains and that allows documenting all the necessary information in case of modification or repair of the light box.

Are the boxes shipped assembled or disassembled?

It is possible both ways depending on the size, but they are generally shipped disassembled for easy transport.
Small and medium-sized boxes are sent assembled, larger ones are usually sent disassembled as a kit and even divided to facilitate and save transportation. In any case, the customer chooses the delivery method.

Is it easy to install these light boxes?

A mounting kit and instructions with the necessary accessories are always included. The light boxes come provided with an electrical connection and the necessary accessories for installation.
The customer can choose the connection options at the time of placing the order.

What guarantees do we offer for our light boxes?

Artplay guarantees, according to its own standards, the quality and performance of its light boxes with LED lighting for a period of two years, and from the date of delivery counting from the manufacturing date of each box ( referred to inside each box) for defects in materials or manufacturing in its lighting products distributed in the territory of the EU. The warranty applies as long as its light boxes with LED lighting are used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturer.

Do wall light boxes require PVC, wood, cardboard or fabric panels on the back or can they be placed directly on the wall?

When the printable fabrics are placed in front of a smooth, white wall, it is not necessary to add reflective materials or accessories to achieve homogeneous lighting.

Are Stand Up Light Boxes stable?

Yes, our Stand Up structures are firm. Each light box is provided with stabilizing bases. We have different models and colors available.

Our technical department carries out a complete study of the project to be carried out, in which the quantity and distribution of necessary supports and interior reinforcements are determined. The interior reinforcements are designed so that they are imperceptible once the printed backlite fabric is in place.

Is the lighting dimmable?

The Ledtex division light boxes are always illuminated with Led technology (curtain or optical methacrylate).

LED curtain lighting offers the possibility of dimming. The dimmable modules allow you to regulate the intensity of the light, as well as being able to choose a different color than usual.

Yes, our aluminum profiles can be lacquered in the RAL color range, as can the stabilizing supports.
