TENEMOS MUCHA TELA is born
The project begins WE HAVE A LOT OF FABRIC! an initiative for the reuse and upcycling of post-consumer printed fabrics.
The project led by ARTPLAY has the collaboration of the Leitat Technology Center and financing from the Waste Agency of Catalonia with project aid to promote the circular economy.
During the project, a series of actions will be carried out to move from a linear production model (printed fabric manufacturing, use and end of life) to a circular model (manufacturing, use, preparation for reuse, new product design, production and incorporation). to the market). WE HAVE A LOT OF FABRIC! It will allow the useful life of the textile material to be extended, avoiding the generation of waste and consumption of new resources. The products to be developed are intended to be innovative, attractive, functional and integrate environmental and social values.
We started with a lot of energy and enthusiasm to make a more circular printed fabric model possible! We will soon have the communication channels for WE HAVE A LOT OF TELA available! where the project will be announced, the steps we are taking and results to give everyone a participation in this strategy.
